General
Allied Gateway offers study-in-China program packages; "Allied Gateway" is a trade mark of Allied Gateway education;

Unauthorized use of the information in this website is prohibited;

Once application made, it will be regarded that the applicant registers the program with Allied gateway and agrees with the terms and conditions in this website.

Chinese Law, Program Regulation and Chinese Custom
Registers obligate themselves to fully respect and obey Chinese laws as well as program regulation, Chinese custom and Chinese tradition during their stay in China.

Registers shall take their own responsibilities.

Insurance, Emergency & Pecuniary Responsibility
Allied Gateway is ONLY an assistant for insurance issue.

Those Programs that are longer than a semester (including 1 semester) have been covered by compositive insurance. For details, please click here.

For programs that are shorter than a semester are NOT covered by any insurance.

Allied Gateway always stays with program participants, offer assistance while un-expected emergency arisen;

Allied Gateway is not PECUNIARILY responsible for any medical and accident emergency during the program.

Program Availability & Placement
Due to limited spots, placement is reserved and confirmed on a first come first served basis, though there is an application dealine for each program.

Visa
It is always applicant's responsiblity to get a visa to get into China. According to different programs and different situations, Allied Gateway will assist applicants in visa extension and shifting after applicant's arrival in China.

Allied Gateway only issues visa supporting documents for programs longer than a semester.

Accommodation
Allied Gateway will do its best to meet your needs on accommodation.

However, Allied Gateway can't guarantee the availability of required accommodation if you choose to live in campus dorm for late application. In such cases, Allied Gateway will help you for other options available in the first place.

There may be a delay in sending the accommodation placement to students due to late receipt of the application or changing of accommodation.

Host family changes will not be permitted based solely on an individual's request. It may occur that two students or more stay in one family due to an application delay, last minute host family cancellation or change etc.

Please be aware that your host family may be changed in the event of a sudden accident, sickness, natural disaster, or due to their financial situation etc. If this occurs, you may be placed temporarily in a hotel or dormitory until a new placement can be made. In this case, we will pay for any additional accommodation charges and transportation fees, if these fees exceed your initial payment.

Private Apartment
* All the bills related to the apartment during your stay including
electricity, water, gas, management fee, TV, telephone & internet will
be charged separately based on the actual consumption.

Home stay
* The lifestyle and customs (toilet, bathroom etc) of each family will vary in each household. Please follow what the other members of the family do. Every family has different meal times. Please follow your family's schedule.

* Please make every effort to clearly communicate your thoughts and feelings with thre family or, you can 24/7 call your Allied Gateway advisor.

* Please ask permission from your family before inviting your friends home. It is not considerably acceptable to invite one's boyfriend/girlfriend into one's bedroom.

* Your personal items are of your responsibility.

Changes
We reserve the rights to make changes to the program (schedule, lessons, activities, location, accommodation, etc) without prior notice.

Applicants will be informed on changes in the first place.  

Cancellation
1) Applicant may cancel his/her participation in the program.

2) The application fee:
* Application fee is non-refundable;
* Application fee will be refunded to applicant in case a program is cancelled for reasons at our side. This will be Allied Gateway's only responsibility to applicant.

3) The program fee:
* 80% paid program fee will be refunded by written cancellation request sent to us 30 working days prior to program start-date;
* Program fee is non-refundable when written cancellation requested less than 30 working days than program start-date;
