Program Introduction
8 hours/day 5 days/week, you'll practice in a REAL hospital facing real patients by following the real working day of a TCM doctor. You'll gain valuable experience in learning treatments skills with Acupuncture & Moxibustion, Tuina, Observe-Smell-Ask-Pulse Diagnosis, TCM herbal prescriptions, TCM Medicine and other main TCM treatment skills.
The hospital, where this program held, is a Class-A Municipal General
Hospital. It involves with medical care, education, and
research. It's also granted by the Chinese National TCM
Administration Bureau as the only Municipal Integrated
Medicine Hospital of National level in Shanghai and one of
special medical centers for the expatriates in Shanghai by the
Shanghai Municipal Hygiene Bureau. Established in 1952, its
former body was the first Medical Center of TCM in Shanghai.
Its reputation attracts many famous senior specialists of TCM
& IM in the eastern area of China.

Orientation Day
The Sunday before program starting date is always the orientation day. You will have a tour around the hospital and your accommodation area. Restaurant, local banks, ATM, post office, super market and small market will be introduced to you.
Orientation day is the latest arrival date.
Evaluation and Certificates
Certificate will be issued at the end of the program.
Accommodation
Allied Gateway selects accommodations carefully for security, convenience and comfort. Program Fee varies depending on the accommodation selected.
It's advisable to confirm your enrollment with Allied Gateway at your earliest convenience to secure your accommodation.
Hotel
Located close to the hospital. Single occupancy provided only. The hotel rooms are well furnished with bed, TV, telephone, private bathroom, desk, internet access and air-conditioner.
One-bedroom Apartment
A nice apartment composed of a living area, a bedroom with a seperate kitchen and bathroom. TV, refrigerator, airconditioner, microwave oven, washing machine and modern furniture are equipped.
Airport Transfer
Allied Gateway provides airport pick-up service for program participants. Our staff will meet you at the arrival gate after you get your luggage and take you to your accommodation. You need to provide us with correct flight information – flight number / flight date / airport name 2 weeks before your program starts. To make sure smooth transition, you will be provided with Allied Gateway contact number before you come to China in case of last minute changes.
