Ping Yao
Ping Yao is an exceptionally well-preserved example of a traditional Han Chinese city, founded in the 14th century. Its urban fabric shows the evolution of architectural styles and town planning in Imperial China over five centuries. Of special interest are the imposing buildings associated with banking, for which Ping Yao was the major centre for the whole of China in the 19th and early 20th centuries.

The movie “Raise the Red Lantern” was shot in the Old House of Qiao' Family, who was a famous banker during the late Qing Dynasty.

Inner Mongolia
What’s most attractive about Inner Mongolia is its natural beauty. Vast grasslands are good places for a grassland experience. The mushroom-like yurts, bright sky, fresh air, rolling grass and the flocks and herds moving like white clouds on the remote grassland, all contribute to make the scenery a very relaxing one. While visiting Inner Mongolia you will try different activities such as Mongolian wrestling, horse & camel riding, rodeo competitions, archery, visiting traditional families and enjoying the graceful Mongolian singing and dancing.

The tour already includes a visit to deserts in Inner Mongolia.

Xi’an
The cultural and historical significance of the area, as well as the abundant relics and sites, help Xian enjoy the laudatory title of 'Natural History Museum’. The Museum of Terra Cotta Warriors and Horses is praised as 'the eighth major miracle of the world', Mausoleum of Emperor Qin Shi Huang is listed on the World Heritage List, and the City Wall of the Ming Dynasty (1368 - 1644) is the largest and most intact Ming Dynasty castle in the world. In the city, there is the 3,000 year old Banpo Village Remains from the Neolithic Age (approximately from 8000 BC to 5000 BC), and the Forest of Stone Steles that holds 3,000 stone steles of different periods from the Han Dynasty to the Qing Dynasty. Around Xian, the Famen Temple enjoys the reputation of being the 'forefather of pagodas and temples in Central Shaanxi,' because it holds the finger bones of Sakyamuni -- the founder of Buddhism.

Qingdao
Qingdao is a picturesque coastal city that lies on the southern tip of Shangdong Peninsula , located in Jiao Zhou Bay facing the Yellow Sea.  Before troops were garrisoned here by the imperial court of Qing in 1891, Qingdao had been a small fishing village. It became a German concession in 1897 and was occupied by Japan in 1914. The city reverted to Chinese rule in 1922, but was occupied by Japan again during the Second World War. Today it is one of the most important independent open coastal cities with state planning and budgeting powers including provincial power in economic management. Its major industries include trade, light industry, tourism and oceanography research.  The uniqueness of the city consists in its architecture and an attractive urban landscape. With its wealth of natural and human resources, its year-round schedule of tourist festivals and events, coupled with many tourist facilities and an extensive transportation network, Qingdao has become an ideal tourist destination both at home and abroad.  In 2008, Qingdao will host the Sailing Regattas of the 29th Olympic Games as well as the 13th Paralympic Games.

Hence this day became the anniversary of the founding of Shanghai. Today's Shanghai is a multi-cultural metropolis with both modern and traditional Chinese features. Bubbling Shanghai shows off every aspect of her unique glamour.

Serving as the largest base of Chinese industrial technology, the important seaport and China's largest commercial and financial center, shanghai draws the attention of the whole world.
